Whatever the reason, repairing your instrument should not be a mystery. All restoration and repair work is completed with your consent and knowledge, in a reasonable time, and of course within your budget. I don't skip steps or use "time-saving" epoxies; fresh hide-glue only.

Too often, bass shops give 2nd-rate setup service to jazzers, slappers, and other non-classical bassists. This is very unfortunate, and it doesn't happen here. All fingerboards need to be dressed correctly, soundposts must fit in the right place, and bridge arching should match your style of playing- period. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
