As every musician knows, instruments are very personal tools. Doublebasses have no standard string length, outline, or aesthetic. To better serve my clients I now offer the following Design Your Bass. Design a Lloyd doublebass that best fits your budget, body size, and overall style. All of these choices will be saved and then emailed to me if you decide to proceed with an order.

Each Lloyd doublebass includes a Construction Album. This is a hardbound, full-color book that illustrates the building of your doublebass from shaping the body blocks to bending ribs, arching, scroll carving, and finishing.
